Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: February 2026

This Risk Disclaimer explains important risks related to the AIMA website, the AIMA ecosystem, AI-assisted market intelligence, blockchain infrastructure, crypto-assets, Smart Contracts and any future Private Sale process.

AIMA is a technology and market intelligence infrastructure project. The information presented on this website is provided for general informational and project communication purposes only.

1. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice or any other form of professional advice.

AIMA does not recommend that any person buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any crypto-asset, token, security, financial instrument or digital asset. Any decision made by a user, visitor or potential participant is made independently and at their own risk.

2. AI Outputs Are Not Guarantees

AIMA is designed to support probabilistic market intelligence and AI-assisted interpretation of market conditions. AI-generated insights, market scenarios, confidence layers, risk views or analytical outputs must not be understood as guarantees, predictions of certainty or instructions to trade.

Financial markets are uncertain. AI systems may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, misinterpreted or affected by data quality, model limitations, market anomalies, technical errors or unexpected events.

3. Crypto-Asset and Token Risks

Crypto-assets and tokens are highly volatile and may lose part or all of their value. Market prices can change rapidly due to liquidity conditions, sentiment, regulation, technology risks, macroeconomic events, exchange behavior or broader market stress.

Participation in any token-related process may involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount contributed.

4. Smart Contract and Blockchain Risks

The AIMA ecosystem uses Smart Contracts deployed on blockchain infrastructure. Smart Contracts may contain vulnerabilities, design limitations, dependency risks, integration risks or unforeseen behavior. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Users are responsible for verifying addresses, network settings, wallet security and transaction details before interacting with any blockchain system.

5. Private Sale Risk

Any future Private Sale participation is restricted. It is not a public sale and not an invitation to the general public.

Participation may be subject to eligibility checks, KYC, internal approval, jurisdictional restrictions and signed documentation. AIMA may reject or decline participation at its discretion where required for legal, compliance, operational or risk reasons.

6. No Guarantee of Listing, Liquidity or Profit

AIMA does not guarantee exchange listing, market liquidity, token price appreciation, secondary market availability, future revenue, profit, return, yield or any financial outcome.

Any reference to Tokenomics, utility, Vesting, allocation, Private Sale or ecosystem design is informational and does not represent a guarantee of performance.

7. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Risk

Crypto-assets, tokens, AI systems, digital platforms and market intelligence services may be subject to changing laws, regulations and interpretations across jurisdictions.

Certain users may be restricted from participating in any Private Sale or token-related process, including users from prohibited or restricted jurisdictions.

8. Wallet and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for securing their wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices and access credentials. AIMA will never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

Do not send USDC, USDT or any other assets directly to the Safe Treasury. Automated purchases, if and when enabled, will only be processed through the official AIMASale Smart Contract on Arbitrum One.

9. Website Information May Change

Information on this website may be updated, corrected or changed at any time. AIMA makes reasonable efforts to keep public information accurate, but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free.

10. Independent Review

Before making any decision related to AIMA, users should conduct their own research and consult qualified legal, tax, financial or technical advisors where appropriate.
